COST: FREE for Cowra Stingray members with BBQ lunch provided. Children are required to bring their water bottle and training gear.
Payment for pool entry is required.
To attend the senior session swimmers should be able to swim 300m free, 100m breaststroke & backstroke, no requirement for butterfly
