Hypoxic Training Policy of Swimming Australia

The Cowra Amateur Swimming Club Inc. Coaches would like to assure swimmers and parents of their understanding of the risks of hypoxic training. The coaches of Cowra Amateur Swimming Club Inc. adhere to the Policy Position of Swimming Australia Limited on the hypoxic training of competitive swimmers. Any training of this nature is done in a controlled and safe environment in strict compliance with the policy.

 

If any swimmer or parent has any concerns in regards to any training and especially to hypoxic training they are encouraged to speak with Jane Gillham (Head Coach).
